Your service areas may not be clear to Google or to customers. If the areas you work in aren't signalled clearly, you won't appear for searches in the places where you want the work.

A concise written summary covering your GBP, website alignment, reviews, and competitor position. Something you can keep, share with a business partner, hand to your web provider to act on, or as a baseline from which we could begin a project.

The Baseline covers what is publicly visible. It establishes where you stand and what the main gaps are.

It could also answer questions such as:

  • Why is my business not showing up on Google Maps?
  • Why is a competitor located further away ranking higher than me?
  • Why are my online reviews not showing or getting deleted?
  • Why is my business not in the Google 'Local Map Pack' at the top of search results?

What happens next

  • 01 You complete the short form bellow, detailing what you do and where you work, with any key phrases for your business.
  • 02 I'll take a brief look at your details and your online presence to make sure there's a genuine benefit before we go any further.
  • 03 If I feel the Baseline will be useful for where you are, I'll send a payment link along with a short note confirming what to expect.
  • 04 Once payment is confirmed, I'll begin work. You'll receive your Loom walkthrough and PDF summary within 3 to 5 working days.
I take on a limited number of Baselines at any one time to make sure each one gets proper attention. If there's a short wait, I'll let you know when you request.
If I don't feel the Baseline would give you something genuinely useful, I'll let you know clearly and why, rather than take your money. That doesn't happen often, but when it does, I'd rather be straight about it.
